1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Motodemy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Motodemy is an educational technology platform providing learning content, interactive simulations, assessments, and tools related to automotive software engineering, including but not limited to AUTOSAR, UDS Diagnostics, CAN Protocol, Ethernet, Cybersecurity, and related topics.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Motodemy enforces a single-session policy - only one active session per account is permitted at any time. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
Motodemy offers multiple subscription tiers (Explorer, Starter, Engineer, Professional) with varying levels of access. Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated with prior notice. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform - including text, code, simulations, assessments, images, and design - is the intellectual property of Motodemy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute Platform content or your account credentials
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent access controls or security features
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
- Save, download, or archive simulation or ECU Lab content for offline use
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
7. Content Disclaimer
The educational content provided is for learning and reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Motodemy does not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current. The Platform should not be used as the sole reference for safety-critical engineering decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Motodemy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse Platform resources. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
